SRCE collects and processes personal data of CIX Forum members and CIX members authorised administrative and technical personnel (hereinafter: CIX authorised personnel members) in accordance with provisions of Article 15 and 17 of this Policy. The following personal data are collected: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone, and in addition, IP address and time of access to the internal CIX web for CIX members authorised administrative and technical personnel.
Personal data of the CIX Forum members is collected in order to enable excersing the rights and obligations under the jurisdiction of the CIX Forum as prescribed by this Policy. Personal data of authorised administrative and technical personnel are collected for the purpose of carrying out operational tasks related to the CIX service and to grant access rights to equipment owned by the CIX member.
Collected personal data shall not be used for other purposes or forwarded to third parties.
SRCE is collecting and processing personal data of CIX authorized personnel members as the necessary precondition for exercising the rights and obligations of the “Agreement on Membership and Use of the CIX Service”, which shall be concluded based on the CIX Policy.
SRCE shall keep the personal data of authorized CIX members personnel for the duration of user relationship between SRCE and CIX member as well as for 24 months after the termination of that relationship.
The service user whose personal data is collected by SRCE for the purposes of this service, under conditions from General Data Protection Regulation, shall be entitled to access personal data collected by SRCE, the right to be forgotten, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to rectification of personal data via available information services if they are incorrect or have been modified.

Srce prikuplja i obrađuje osobne podatke članova Foruma CIX-a i ovlaštenih administrativnih i tehničkih osoba članice CIX-a (dalje u tekstu: ovlaštene osobe članica CIX-a) sukladno odredbama članka 15. i 17. Pravilnika CIX-a. Osobni podaci koji se prikupljaju su: ime i prezime, e-mail adresa, telefon, a za ovlaštene administrativne i tehničke osobe članice CIX-a dodatno se prikuplja IP adresa i vrijeme pristupa internom web-u CIX usluge.
Osobni podaci članova Foruma CIX-a prikupljaju se radi ostvarivanja prava i obveza iz nadležnosti Foruma CIX-a propisanih ovim Pravilnikom. Osobni podaci ovlaštenih administrativnih i tehničkih osoba prikupljaju se radi obavljanja operativnih poslova vezanih uz uslugu CIX i dodjeljivanje ovlaštenja za pristup opremi u vlasništvu članice CIX-a.
Prikupljeni osobni podaci neće se koristiti u druge svrhe niti će se prenositi trećim stranama.
Osobni podaci ovlaštenih osoba članica CIX-a koje Srce prikuplja i obrađuje nužan su uvjet za ostvarivanje prava i obveza iz Ugovora o članstvu i korištenju CIX usluga, a koji se sklapa temeljem Pravilnika CIX-a.
Srce će čuvati osobne podatke korisnika usluge dok traje korisnički odnos između Srca i korisnika kao i 24 mjeseci nakon što taj odnos istekne.
Korisnik usluge ima, pod uvjetima iz Opće uredbe o zaštiti podataka, pravo na pristup osobnim podacima koje Srce prikuplja, pravo na brisanje (zaborav), pravo na ograničenje obrade, pravo na prenosivost podataka te pravo na ispravak osobnih podataka ukoliko su oni neispravni ili su izmijenjeni.

Sveučilišni računski centar (Srce) nastoji svoje mrežne stranice učiniti pristupačnima u skladu sa Zakonom o pristupačnosti mrežnih stranica i programskih rješenja za pokretne uređaje tijela javnog sektora (NN 017/2019). Ova izjava o pristupačnosti primjenjuje se na mrežne stranice Internog web CIX-a
Ove mrežne stranice nisu u skladu sa Smjernicama za osiguravanje digitalne pristupačnosti v1.1 zbog neusklađenosti koje su navedene u nastavku.
Nepristupačan je sadržaj koji se ne usklađuje sa zahtjevima pristupačnosti jer se na njega ne primjenjuju propisi koji reguliraju pristupačnost i sadržaj koji sukladno odredbama propisa koji reguliraju pristupačnost predstavlja iznimku od obveze usklađivanja (sadržaj dostupan određenoj skupini osoba i objavljen prije 23. rujna 2019. godine).
Preostali nepristupačan sadržaj čine tridesetak mrežnih web sjedišta Srca (od ukupno šezdesetak) za koje je Srce procijenilo da bi njihova prilagodba zahtjevima pristupačnosti predstavljala za Srce prekomjerno opterećenje jer Srce ne raspolaže ljudskim resursima potrebnim za njihovo usklađivanje (niti financijskim sredstvima za pokriće troškova za eventualni angažman trećih osoba).
Kriteriji za odabir mrežnih stranica koje se neće usklađivati sa zahtjevima pristupačnosti odnosili su se ili na korištenje alata za njihovu izradu koji su preuzeti (naplatno ili nenaplatno) od trećih pa je njihovo usklađivanje značajno kompleksnije od usklađivanja drugih mrežnih stranica ili mrežne stranice posjećuje uži krug osoba od onih mrežnih stranica koje je Srce prilagodilo zahtjevima pristupačnosti.
Ova je izjava sastavljena u rujnu 2020. godine. Metoda upotrijebljena za pripremu izjave je samoprocjena koju je proveo Sveučilišni računski centar. Sveučilišni računski centar dužan je na upit, obavijest ili zahtjev korisnika odgovoriti u roku od 15 dana od dana primitka ili ga u istom roku, uz detaljno obrazloženje razloga koji zahtijevaju odgodu, obavijestiti o naknadnom roku u kojem će na iste odgovoriti.
Tijelo nadležno za praćenje usklađenosti mrežnih stranica i programskih rješenja za pokretne uređaje tijela javnog sektora sa zahtjevima pristupačnosti i nadzor nad provedbom Zakona o pristupačnosti je Povjerenik za informiranje Republike Hrvatske.
